HomeMy WebLinkAbout2964 proven by competent evidence, and that there is now due and owing to the plaintiff from the defendant(s) on the mortqage indebtedness i described in the Complaint the sum of $ 18,920.54 , together with interest thereon from the lst day of September ~ 1g73 ~ at the rate of seven (78) percent per annum,said interest being computed as of the lst day of , June , 1974 , in the amount of $ 990.58 , less escrow c=edit in the aneunt of $ 1.84 , leaving a balance of $ 988•74 interest due; $ 250.00 , attorneys' fees; $ 23.64 , prorated earned ~ mortgage insu~ance premium; $ ,mortgage insurance pre- + mium; S -0- advance for 19 County taxes; and $ 59.00 ~ Court costs; making the total of $ 2~.241.92 due to the plaintiff. (3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff. (4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the swn specified in the precedinq paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title, interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upon ; the following described property, to-wit: Lot 337, SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT FOUR, REPLAT, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 18 of the Public Records ; of St. Lucie County.
