to the plaintiff from the defendant(s) on the mortqage indebtedness i
described in the Complaint the sum of $ 18,920.54 , together with
interest thereon from the lst day of September ~ 1g73 ~
at the rate of seven (78) percent per annum,said interest being
computed as of the lst day of , June , 1974 , in the
amount of $ 990.58 , less escrow c=edit in the aneunt of
$ 1.84 , leaving a balance of $ 988•74 interest due;
$ 250.00 , attorneys' fees; $ 23.64 , prorated earned

Court costs; making the total of $ 2~.241.92 due to the plaintiff.
(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the swn specified
in the precedinq paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title,
interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upon ;
the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 337, SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT FOUR, REPLAT,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 16, Page 18 of the Public Records

~ (5) If the aforesaid total sum due to the plaintiff, and all ,
costs of this proceeding incurred subsequent to the date of this

that property at public sale within the legal hours of sale on the ~
