HomeMy WebLinkAbout2968 i proven by competent evidence, and that there is,now due and owing ~ to the plaintiff from the defendant(s) on the mortgaqe indebtedness ' described in the Complaint the sum of $ 18,754.54 , together with ~ interest thereon from the lst day of November , 19 73 , at the rate of seven (78) percent per annum,said interest beinq computed as af the 27th day of May , 19 74, in the amount of $ 748.11 , less escrow credit in the amount of ~ $ 41.05 , leaving a balance of $ 707.06 interest due; , $ 250.00 , attorneys' fees; S 94.56 , prorated earned mortgage insurance premiwa; S ,mortgage insurance pre- mium; $-0- ~advance for 19 County taxes; and $ 4~.50 , Court costs; making the total of $ 19,8~5,.66 due to the plaintiff. (3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
