If any Instalment Payment shall not be paid when due. then the entire principal sum and acrrued interest here- ~

It is further agreed that the Maker and each endorser. surety, guarantor. jointly and eeverally, shall pay all coeta of
rnllection of this Note, including a reasonable attorney's fee. on failure to pay any Instalment Paymeat or any accrued
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. Thia Note and all sums due hereunder shall bear interest at the lughest
lawful rate of interest per annum in the State of Florida fmm the date when the principal and accrued interest under
this Note ahall be due and payable. The total interest payable hereunder shall not in any one year ezceed the highest
lawtul rate of interest in the State of F7orida.
This Note is secured by a Mortgage, dated the date hereof, of ptoperty situated in the State of Florida.

~ The Maker agrees that it shalt be bound by any agreement e:tending the tune or modifying the above terms of ,
payment, made by the Payee and the owner or ovmers of the property atfected by said Mortgage, whether with or vr~th-
out notice to the Maker, and the Maker shall continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder, but with interest at a *
rate no greater than the Interest Rate, according to the terms of any auch agreement of exteneion or modification.
'The unpaid balance of the Principal Amount, plus acctued intetest shall become due and payable at the option of
the Payee under the happening of an event by which said balance ahall or may bc~~ome due and payable under tbe terms
of said Mortgage. -
This Note may not be changed orally, but only by an agreement in writing, signed by the party againat whom en-
fotcement of any waiver, change, modification or discharge is sought.
All parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor or endorser, hereby waive presentment for ;
payment, demand, protest, notice of pmtest, and notice of dishonor, and e:pressly agree jointly and severally to remain
and continue bound for the payment of the principal and interest pmvided tor by the terms of thia Note, notwithstanding ;
any e:tension or e:tensions of the time of, or tor the payment ot said principal or interest, or any change or changee in
the amount or amounts agreed to be paid under or by virtue ot the obligation to pay pmvided for in this Note, or any
change or changes by way of release or surrender or subatitution of any real property and rnllateral. or eit6er, held as
security tor this Note, and w-aive ali and every kind of notice ot such eztension or e:tensions, change or changes, and
agree that the same may be made without the joinder of the Maker.
