The Party of the First Part, pursuant to Order of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, No. 74-144 C.P.
dated May 2, 1974 for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00
and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the Party of the Second Party,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lot 5, Block 28, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 25, a
Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 13, at pages 32 and 32A thru
32I, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
