RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife "~r a temporary restraining order, restraining and
enjoining the Husband from interfering with, molesting, using
physical violence or annoying the Wife, and _to forthwith remove ~

himself and his personal effects from the mobile home located at
199 Imperial Way, Fort Pierce. St. Lucie County, Florida, being
the home rented }~y the Wife, and the Court being fuily advised
in the premises, .

~ It is, thereupon, ORDERED as follows:

~ 1. That the Husband, RAYMOND S. BAFRY, be and he is

hereby enjoined ana restrained from interfering with, molesting, ;

2. That the Husband, RAYMOND S. BARRY, shall forthwith
remove himself and his personal effects from the mobile home rented t

by the Wife at 199 Imperial Way, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
