RESQLUTION N0. 74-59 .
WHEREAS, ~h~..Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida held a public hearing on the 14th day of May, 1974, after
first publishing a notice of said hearing in the News Tribune at
Fort Pierce, Florida on the 29th day of April, 1974 on closing,
vacating and abandoning that portion of the following described
right of way, and renouncing and disclaiming any r~ght of St. Lucie
County and the public in and to the lands lying within that portion s

of said right of way in St. Lucie County, Florida described as #

That part of Yergin Avenue according to the plat ~
of Marion Heights as recorded in Plat Book 10 ~
at page 28 which lies between Soutr~ 29th Street ~

WI~REAS, at said public hearing there were no objections to
