ACKNOWLEDGb1ENT AND RATIFICATION BY'
GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed and ex-
ecution of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, ack-
nowledges receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits,
and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee ;
does further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provi-
, sions (including the WIND~iILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER
` LEASE as filed for record in Official Records Book 189 on pages
; 1829 through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, and the acts of the officers and Directors of WINDMILL
; VILLAGE BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida
° corporation not for profit, in making and entering into said
~ Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said provisions;
~ the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
are reasonable,~fair and equitable;°the Grantee hereby impresses a
~ lien upon the land and real property described above, as security__
for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of Condomia-
~ ium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that
said Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales .
Contract executed by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all of
the warranties, representations and inducements concerning the
purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described_
above. -
