ments in this Twenty-ninth Supplemental Indenture oontained by or on
behalf of the Company shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the
parties hereto, and of the holders of the bonds and ooupons Outstanding
under the Mortgage.
SEGTION 7. This Twenty-ninth Supplemental Indenture shall be
executed in several oounterparts, each of which shall be an original and all
of which shall oonstitute but one and the same inswment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Company has caused its vorporate name to
