This cause coming on before the Court on the 30th da~y of May, ~
1974, and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, f
finds and determines that this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
the subject matter to this suit, and that the Final Judgment heretofore
entered by the Superiar Court of Fulton County, Georgia, on June 19, 1972,
should be given full force and credit by this Court; and the Court being ~

otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: ~

1. The Final Judgment entered by the Superior Court of Fulton ~
; County, Georgia, on or about June 19, 1972, in a case styled ~
~ Ra nd H. Davis vs. Ro A. Davis, being civil action file ~
; number B-74 9, w ~c said Judgment was entered into evidence
~ and is incorporated by reference herein, is hereby established
as a Florida Judgment.
~ 2. The Plaintiff, Raymond H. Davis, shall recover from the
~ . Defendant, Roy A. Davis, the sum of ~6,471.91, with interest
from June 19, 1972, together with his costs in the sum of
~ ~52.50 for which let execution i~sue. ~
