;evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of ~

~the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation ~

of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the (
:marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should ~

~be dissolved. It is thereupon ±

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

,1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The taarriage between MIRE ~
;JOIiN SMITH and PAMELA NELSON SMITH be and the same is hereby

; dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever ~

2.. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction-of this cause, and the
