Comes now Mary E. Simmons and having been first duly
sworn upon her oath, deposes and says:
That she lives and resides in the City of Muncie,
Delaware County, Indiana, and is the widow of Harry E. Simmons,
who died on the lOth day of March, 1973, a resident of Delaware
County, Indiana, and at the time of his death he and this
affiant were husband and wife and the owners in fee simple
and as tenants by entirety of the following described Real
Estate located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 9 in the Block 142 Port St. Lucie
Section 27 Seibdivision, recorded in Plat ~

Record 14 page 5 of the Public Records _ ;
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
That affiant has never remarriec3 since the death of
her said husband and by reason of said facts this affiant
became the sole owner of said Real Estate immediately upon
the death of her said husband, Harry E. Simmons, and affiant
asks that the name of her said deceased husband be removed ~

from the records of St. Lucie County, Florida, pertaining to
said Real Estate and that the fee simple title thereof remain
in the sole name of this affiant, Mary E. Simmons.
