Florida a~s Assignor, does hereby assign and transfer unto JOHN
GUERRIERO of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, as Assignee,
that certain Claim of Lien for One Thousand One Hundred Fifty
(1,150.86) Dollars and 86/100 filed by the Assignor as Lienor
on April 3, 1974 and recorded in Official Record Book 225 at Page
2703 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together
with the account for materials described in and secured by said
Claim of Lien and hereby warrant and guarantee that said account
is true, just, correct and unpaid, and that said Claim of I~ien is ~
~ valid and subsisting in that I have fully complied with the ~
~ requirements of Section 713.19, Florida Statutes.
