FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard for trial without jury
in St. Luc ~ County Court, Civil Division, in Fort Pierce, Florida, ~
on November 29, 1973, and having considered the evidence presented
by the respective parties at trial, as well as having been other-
wise fully advised in the premises, final judgment is hereby entered
in favor of the Defendant, ROBERT E. STONE, and against the Plaintiff, -
BETTY JO WAMPLER, and hence, the said Plaintiff shall have no recovery ~

from this Defendant in this case of action. Each party shall bear ~
their own respective costs pertaining to the above.styled Case No.

State of Florida, LAKE PA.RK MOTOR PLAZA, INC., and SOUTHEAST TOYOTA
DISTRIBUTORS, INC., the Defendants in Civil Case No. 72-88 of the
Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, said Order being under date of July 10,
~ 1973.
