DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE •
THIS CAUSE CAME on for trial the ~ay of May, 1974, and

the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MICHAEL
EUGENE EURY and SHIRLEY ANN EURY, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and ~ach of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretobefore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom. -
j 2. CUSTODY. Custody of FORREST HAYES EURY, minor child of the
~ arties is hereb awarded to SHIRLEY~ANN EURY with reasonable visita-

tion rights reserved to MICHAEL EUGENE EURY.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing one week from the date a Certified copy
~
of this Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage is served upon the
husband, MICHAEL EUGENE EURY, ~he husband is to pay to the wife,
SHIRLEY ANN ELTRY the sum of $20.00 each and every week for the support
of the child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the clerk of this court and by
~ him remitted promptly to SHIRLEY ANN EURY. In addition there is
~ the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to
hereby assessed

~ each payment to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
~
~ order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
~ '
at all times while this order is in effect.
