THIS CAUSE came on.for final hearing on 3i May, 1974, upon ;
Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and being fu13.y advised in the
premises, the Court finds and decides as follows:
1. The parties were married on June 26, 1971, in Pompano
T .
Beach, Florida.
2. • That the marriage of the parties is irretrievably
broken.
3. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter of this action.
4. That there were no children born of this marriage or -
; adopted by the parties hereto.

i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

~ 1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and of
~ the subject matter of thi_s action.

~ 2. That the marriage between Petitioner, WALTER J. VANNASSE,
and Respondent, JANET ANN VANNASSE, is irretrievably broken and is
hereby dissolved, a vinculo matrimonii.
3. The Property Settlement Agreement executed by the parties
~ on May 13, 1974, and introduced into evidence, was freely entered
into by the parties after a full disclosure and under the circumstances
~ appear from the evidence to be for the best interests of the parties,
~
~

~ and in its entirety and hereby made a part hereof, the Agreement is
~ incorporated by reference into this Judgment, and the parties are
~ ~
~ ordered to comply with all terms of the; ~a~ic~~greement.
~ 4. The Wife/Respondent, JANET ANN VANNASSE, is hereby ~
~ ~
granted the use of her former name, to wit:--JANET AtJN FABIAN.
