REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT

THIS TRUST AGREEMENT, made this /9 ~ day of February,
1973, between ANNA D. PAUSIN, hereinafter called the "Settlor,"
and ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its cor-
porate successor, hereinafter called "Trustee;"
ARTICLE I
The Settlor hereby transfers and delivers to Trustee
the property listed in Schedule A attached hereto to have
and to hold the sa~ and any cash, securities or other pr4-
perty which the Trustee may, at any time hereafter hold or !

acquire, all of such property being hereinafter referred to ~

as the Trust Estate, for the uses and purposes and upon the
terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
' ARTICLE II

~ The Trustee shall huld, manage, invest and reinvest
, the trust estate and shall collect the income thereof and 4

~ shall dispose of the net incrnne and principal as follows:
~ A. During the lifetime of the Settlor, the Trus-
tee shall pay to Settlor all of the net income
in at least__quarterly installments. If at any
time the Settlor should become incompetent or !
for any other reason be unab le to act in her vwn
behalf, the Trt9stee may in its absolute discre-
tion pay to or apply for the benefit of Settlor
in addition to the payments hereinabove provided
for her, such amounts from the principal of the
trust estate up to the whole thereof as the Trus-
tee may fro~n time to time deem necessary or ad-
visable for her use and benefit.
Y= B. Upon the death of Settlor, the Trustee shall
~ distribute the sum of ~tenty-five Thousand Dollars
~ ($25,00.0.00), apiece, to Settlor's niece, JUDITH
~ L. SEAGRAVES, presently =esiding at 25 Hillcrest
~ Villa Heights, Martinsville, Virginia 24412, and
to Settlor's niece, NANCY W. DENBY, presently
residing at 211 Oak Summitt Road, Winston Salem,
~ North Carolina. At Settlor's death, the Trustec
~ shall further distribute the sum of Three Thou-
sand Dollars ($3,000.00), apiece, to each of the
