REppCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT OF ANNA D. PAUSIN - Page Four
ARTICLE III
The Settlor reserves the riqht to increase the
trust estate by the delivery of additional property to
the Trustee or by bequests or devises from Settlor's or
any other person's Last Will and Testament.
ARTICLE IV
The Trustee shall, to the extent that the assets
of Settlor's estate are insufficient therefor, pay the ~
costs of administration of Settlor's estate, funeral ex-
penses and any legacy, inheritance or estate taxes_imposed
upon Settlor's estate.
ARTICLE V .
The Trustee shall have all of the duties, powers and _
responsibilities granted to Trustees under the Uniform
Principal and Income Law, Chapter 690, Florida Statutes,
and the Uniform Trust Administration Law, Chapter 691,
Florida Statutes, as those statutes are presently constituted
, _
i and as they may be amended from time to time.

~ ARTICLE VI ~
Settlor reserves the right at any time and from
time to time by instrument in writing delivered to the
Trustee to amend, modify or revoke this trust in whole or
in part.
ARTICLE VII •
Al1 pvwers and duties of the Trustee and all ques-
tions of interpretation of this trust agreement shall be
~ governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

ARTICLE VIII

~ The Trustee shall receive as compensation for all
of its services the fees as set forth in its published fee
