schedule that is in effect at the time such compensation
becomes payab le.
ARTICLE IX
-
The Trustee shall have the riqht to resiqn at any ~
. time upon sixty (60) days written notice to all beneficiaries,
and upon such resignation the Settlor shall•appoint a suc-
cessor Trustee; and in the event of the failure, refusal or
inability of the Settlor to do so, then the Trustee of the
trust may secure the appointment of a successor corporate
Trustee by a Court of competent jurisdiction.
ARTICLE X
During Settlor's lifetime, the Trustee shall submit ;
an annual accounting of its administration of this trust ~
to the Settlor. After Settlor's death, the Trustee shall
submit an an~ual accounting of its administration of this ~
trust to the beneficiaries. Such accounting shall show
i all receipts and disbursements of the trust during the period
~ of the accounting and shall contain a statement of all as-
~ sets of the trust held at the end of such accounting period.
~ The failure of-a beneficiary or his legal representative to
object to the Trustee in writinq within sixty (60) ~days after
the accounting is submitted shall constitute the binding
approval of such beneficiary.
This agreement shall extend to and be binding upon_
the heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives
and successors respectively of the parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Settlor and the Trustee have
