ORDER
This cause was set for trial the 30th day of May,
1974, arid the wife, JOYCELYN JANE SUMMERL*N, now known as
JOYCELYN JANE THOMAS, and the husband, FRIDERICK L. Si?MMERLIN,
havirig reached agreement and entered into a Stipulation which
has been entered on the Court records, and after hearing the
evidence and the Court having given consideration to all the -
evidence, finds and determines: -
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
i ~ subject matter of this suit, it is thereupon;
~
~ ORDERID AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~
1. Z"hat the husband is $1,305.00 in arrears in child
support payments for Dale Marshall Summerlin, Marshall Allen
Summerlin, and Paul Ole Summerlin. The husband is to pay $652.50
towards the arrears by Friday, May 31st, 1974. Commencing on
the third day of June,_ 1974, the husband, FREDERICK L. SUMMERLIN,
shall pay to the wife, JOYCELYN JANE SUNII~iERLIN now known as
JOYCELYN JANE THOMAS, the sum of $45.00 each and every week for
~ the support of the children named above. In addition thereto,
~
the husband is to pay an additional $15.00 a week to the wife ~
~
~ until the balance of the arrears, $652.50 is paid in full. Each
SMITH AND 6RENNAN PaYment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court and by
