of the riqht, title and interest of BEN D. EMERSON in and
to that certain Contract of Sale dated June Z5, 1973, be-
tween BEN D. EMERSON and WILLIAM L. CASEY CO., INC., a
Florida corporation, a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit A. ..Contract recorded in 0. R. Book 228 page 272, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, BEN D. EMERSON has hereunto
