CONTRACT OF SALE - Paqe Four
Lot 1 in.Block 7; Lots 2 through 4, both inclu-
sive, less the West 30 feet of Lots 2, 3 and 4,
in Block 7; Lot 5, less the North 30 feet and
less~the Westerly 30 feet, in Block 7; Lots 1
through 7, both~inclusive, in Block 12; all in
OCEAN VIE~I SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof on
file~in Plat Book 6, at page 61, of the public
records of St.. Lucie County, Florida.
(c) Acquiring by purchase or obtaining the use
by long term lease of the parcel of land awned
by the Harris Family lying adjacent to and
South of Blocks 10, 11 and 12, OCEAN VIEW SUB-
DIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 61,
pub lic records of St.. Lucie County, Florida.

10. This Contract of Sale~shall be void and the $4;OOU
deposit paid down hereunder. returned to Purchaser if not execu-
ted by Seller and an executed copy thereof returned to Pur-
chase by 5:OQ P. M., Wednesday, June 20, 1973.
- 11. This agreement shall be binding upon and shall
inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their respective
heirs, administrators, successors and assigns.
12. At closing, Purchaser agrees to pay a real es-
tate commission to To~wn & Country Real Estate of Indian River.,
