FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS~CAUSE came on for trial the 31st day of May, A.D.
197k, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence , finds and determi.nes : This Court has ~urisdic-
the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the
relation of u band-anc~ w_ife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage betwe--

broken and should be dissolved . It is thereugon-----
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The Marriage between SIiEILA IRENE ZIRKLE, Wife and
EDWARD CARL ZIRKLE, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolve ,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore eaisting between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. That the Separation Agreement dated February 20, 197~,
which the parties hereto have stipulated to be a part of this
Final Judgment be and the same is incorporated in this Final
Judgment and which the parties are hereby ordered to comply
with .
3. Commencing the lst Wednesday in June, 1974, EDWARD
' CARL ZIRKLE, shall pay to SHEILA IRENE ZIRKLE the sum..of
~ $35•00 a week to be made in biweekly payments for the support
of CHRISTOPHER DAVID ZIRKLE.
E Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to SHEILA IRENE ZIRKLE. In
addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as
statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk
of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
at all times while this order is in effect.
4. Each of the parties is hereby en~oined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
~ 5• Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto
is ret~ined for the entry of such further ordere:as may be
proper.
