DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause coming on for final hearing, the Court having
considered the Petition, the Answer And Counter-Petition, and the
Answer To Counter-Petition, and the Court, having heard and~con-
sidered the evidence introduced at final hearing by the respective
parties hereto, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
I fi.nds :

~ - 1. That it has jurisdiction of the parties~and of the

~ subject matter in this cause;
2. That the marriage between the parties is ir~cetrievably
broken; and • _
3. That said marriage should be dissolved; and, thereupon,
upon consideration, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between
~ RALPH V. VILLANO, Husband, and VIRGINIA M. VILLANO, Wife, be, and
~ it is hereby, dissolved a vinculo and the parties, and each of them,
~
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
