appliances and all other personal property now possessed by him
in the State of Florida; and the Wife, Virqinia M. Villano, shall
keep and own, as her individual property, all of the furniture,
furnishings, appliances and all other personal property, now pos-
sessed by her in the State of New York. _
RESIDENTIAL PROPSRTY: That the following described real
property, now owned by the parties hereto as an estate by the
entireties, shall be sold, by private or public sale, within a
reasonable time after the entry of this judgment; and that the net
proceeds of said sale be promptly divided equally between the
parties hereto, to-wit:
The West sixty-five (65) feet of the
- East four hundred sixty (460) feet of
Lot 22,- MAItAVILLA GARDENS, UNIT NO. 1,
according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 6, at page 55, of the
public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
ATTORNEY'S FEES: That the Husband, Ralph V. Villano, Jr.,
shall forthwith pay to Errol S. Willes, Esquire, Fort Pierce,
' Florida, for his services herein, as attorney for the Wife, Virginia

k M. Villano, the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00).

` - RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: That jurisdiction of the sub-

ject matter and of the parties hereto be, and it is hereby, retained
by the Court for such further action and the entry of such further
orders and judgments by the Court as to it may seem meet and proper.
