The above Plaintiffs, by their undersigned attorney,
move to enter a Default against the above-nauned Defendants, and
in sup~ort thereof would show the Court that a Complaint to
Quiet Title to real estate was duly served upon MORTON E.
HORNE, EDNA RUTH HORNE, EVE SALISBURY, WILLIAM E. GRACE, MELVIN
E. SHAFFNER and JAMES A. GRACE, which required them to file
their answers on or before March 25, 1974, and that said Defendants
failed to file their answers or any answer or other pleading,
f and none of said Defendants are in the military services.
