The suma due and owinR hereunder ahall be payable ducin8 the Amortization Period in equal monthly inatalmente,
ea~h in tbe amount ot the Instalment Payment, the first such Instalment Payment to be made on the Firat Instalment
Payment Date and aubeequent Iastalment Paymenta on the firet day ot each month therea(ter until the Maturity Date
whereupon the entire unpaid balance of principal and intereat accrued and unpaid thereon shall become due and pay-
able; each such instalment w6en paid shall be applied firat to the payment of interest on the unpaid batance at the In-
terest Rate and the remainder thereof to payment on account of principaL
If any Instalment Payment shall not be paid when due. then the entire principal sum and accrued interest here-
under shall txcome due and payable at once or thereafter, at the option of the holder of this Note. 'I'he Payee may. at
its option. collect a late _charge not to e:ceed two cents for each one dollar of each Instalment Payment not paid wLen
due to reimburse the Payee for e:penses of aervicing delinquent Instalmeat Payments. Failure to e:errise these options
shall not constitute a waiveT of the right to e:errise the same in the event of any subaequent default_
It is further agreed Wat the Maker and each endorser, aurety, guarantor. joinUy and severally, ahall pay all costa of
rnllection of this Note, including a reasonable attorney's fee. on failure to pay any Inatalment Payment or any accrued • ~
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. This Note and all sums due hereunder shall bear intereat at the highest ~
lawful rate of interest per annum in the State of Florida trom the date when the principal and acrrued interPSt under ;
thia Note shall be due and payable. The total interest payable hereunder shalt not in any one year exceed the hig6est ;
lawful rate of interest in the State of Florida. '

This Note is secured by a Mortgage, dated the date hereof, of property situated in the State of Florida. ?

I T6e Maker agrees that it shall be bound by any agreement extending the time or modifying the above term+ of
~ payment; made by the Payee and the owner or owneis of the property affected by said Mortgage, whether with or with-
~ out notice to the Maker, and the Maker shall continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder, but with interest at a
rate no greater than tbe Interest Rate, according to the terms of any auch agreement of extension or modification

This Note may not be changed orally, but only by an agreement in writing, signed by -the patty against whom en-
fotcement of any waiver, change, modification or discharge is sought. -
All parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor or endorser, hereby waive presentment tor
payment, demand, protest, notice of protest, and notice of dishonor, and e:pressly agree jointly and aeverally to mmain
and rnntinue bound for the payment of the principal and interest provided tor by the terms oi this Note, notwithstanding
" any e:tenaion or ertensions of t6e time of, or for the payment of said principal or interest, or any change or changes in ~
the amount or amounts agreed to be paid under or by ~~rtue ot the obligation to pay provided for in this Note, or any
change or changes by way of release or sarrender or substitution of any real property and collateral, or either, held as ,
