PARTIAI RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ~
. KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS:

WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
- A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing x
~ ~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page ~
2405, et seq., Public Racords of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more-particularly described; as.amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of a1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Re~ord
~Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion.and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216-, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and ~
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, ~HEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of j
