MABEL R. BREWER, Wife.
O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard on May 29, 1974 on that
portion of the Wife's Petition seeking temporary relief, and the
parties thereto and their counsel of record 13aving agreed in open
Court, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
thereupon,
ORDERED as follows:
1. Commencing May 31, 1974 FRANK E. BREWER shall pay to
MABEL R. BREWER as temporary alimony for her support the sum of
One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars each and every week. Each payment
~ shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly

to MABEL R. BREWER. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum
~
~ of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while th is Order is in effect.
2: The Wife shall have the exclusive possession and con-
trol of the 1973 Cadillac now in Y?er possession.

~ 3. Z'he Husband shall have the use and occupancy of the

~ marital~home of the parties located at 1601 Wyoming Avenue, Fort
~ .
~ , Pierce, Florida, subject to further Order of this Court.
