This cause having come on for hearing before me on all
pending:motions and all parties having been represented by .
their respective counsel and said counsel having agreed that
the plaintiff Hartford Accident $ Indemnity Company shall be
dismissed as a party to Count I and the Court being fully
advised in the premises it is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff Hartford Accident
$ Indemnity Comparty be and it is hereby dismissed as a party

~ to Count I of the complaint filed herein, which count shall

proceed as to the plaintiff Claudie Arthur Borland, alone;
said dismissal is without prejudice to the right of the plaintiff
~ Hartford to file a claim of lien for workmen's compensation
benefits paid by it.
NE AND ORDERED in chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida this
