All electrical and telephone service lines to individual lots shall be un~ierground except where those main electrical and telephone tranamiasion lines are located on overhead polea running on the right of way from Gilson Road to the development proper . 14. Such permission must be obtained in writing from the Grantor, his heirs or assigns . Such permission will then only be given for very limited areas . 17. Housea to have a setback from the water not less than thirty (30) feet. 18 . The septic tank drain field is to be located on the lot eide away from the water and on the side nearest the road . 19. Minimum lot size will be one (1) acre . i 20 . In the event that the Grantee , his heirs , administrators , or assigns ahall violate or i fail to carry out any or all of the covenants, oonditions, or restrictiona hereinabove provided, ~ proceedinga to enforce oompliance therewith by injunction or other suit or otherwise may ~ be brought, at the option of the Grantor, his heirs or assigns. Any owner of other lots ~ may proceed similarly . No failure or omisaion to bring auch suit or take such otber proceedings as may be deemed necessary shall be held to be a waiver of any right in the Grantor, his heira or asaigns , or in any lat owner to enforce oompliance therewith . ~ 21.
