THIS CAUSE came on for trial the ~x~~~U'day of , 1973, and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the _ r petitioner and respondent, and that the marriage should be dissolved. It - J is thereupon f ORDERED A1~ID ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the petitioner, MARY A. REED, and the respondent, SIDNEY I. REED, be arid the same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from ; - ~ the obligations arising therefrom. i _ ! ' 2. SUPPORT. Commenc'ing the 27th day af August, 1973 through July, 1976, the respondent shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the sum of ~ $600.00 each and every month for the support of the petitioner herein named, which shall be remitted promptly by the Clerk to the petitioner. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1. 00 as costs to be added to each pay-- ment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Petitioner and respondent are ordered to keep the Clerk ~ of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times ~ ~ ~ while this Order is in effect. ~ ~ 3. STIPULATION.
