IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the Husband,
SIDNEY I. REED, and the Wife, MARY A. REED, as follows:
1. The Husband shall pay to the Wife for her support the sum
of Six Hundred Dollars ($600. 00) each and every month for a period of
three (3) years. Said payments shall commence on the lst day of August,
1973, and shall continue through July. 1976. :

2. The Husband shall release to the Wife all of his right, title
and interest in and to the 1971 Buick Electra 225 automobile qwned by the ~
parties, and said automobile shall be titled 'ur the Wife.

~ 3. The Wi.fe shalt receive all of her personal belongings and

effects now in the marital home or in the possession of the Husband.

~ 4. The Wife shall release all of her right, title and interest
~ ~
~ in and to any real property owned by the parties to the Husband.
~ 5. The Wife hereby releases any and all interest she may have

in and to that business owned by the parties and known as Sidney I. Reed
and Mary A. Reed d/b/a Reed Carpets. This shall be effective as of the
date of the signing of this Stipulation.
6. The Husband shall pay to the `Vife~s attorney a reasonable

~ attorney's fee for his services in this cause.
~ 7. The Wife hereby waives notice of final hearing in this cause ~
~
and desires the same to proceed ex parte.
