hereinafLer called the mortga~or~ by indenture of mortgage bearing date

and discharge fraa the lien and operatian of said mortgage unto the said
mortgagor and assigns, all that piece, parcel or +.sact of the premises

the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 34, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOI~ the same, ~rith the appurtenences unto the said
mort~a~ar and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and
fran the lien of said mortgage~ and every part thereof; provided alWa~ys~ s~
nevertheless that nothing herein cantained shall in. a~y~,rise in~air, alter
or diminish the effect~ lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid mortgage
on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises not hereby released „
