MAINTENANCE CONSENT AGREEMENT

PORT ST. LUCIE Subdivision, according to ihe Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
14 , Qt page 37 of ihe Public Records ot ST. LUCIE County, Florida,
recognizing ihe value of my (our) property ~d those neighboring properties is dependent upon proper
maintencmce cmd upkeep hereby auihorize cmd give my (our) consent to the lollowing:
Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CC~RPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notiiy
the undersigned in writin9 at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned trom time to time) that the said premises ~e not in a reasonable state oi
uppear~oe amd repair consistent with the general appecaance cmd state oi repair o} other properties
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance.

acting by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises tor the purpose ol doing
ihe necess~y work. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn cmd yard mainten~ce
to prevent cm overgrown or unkempt appec~~ce. and to painting and minor repairs io the exterior o{
ihe building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent cm unsightly or unsale condition.
