ADMINISTRATRIX'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed this Z/i day of ' ~
1974, between THEONE B. WE~SHANS, a~ ~ary Admin tratrix
of the Estate of Donald E. Welshans, deceased, party of the
first part, and MALCOLM MENNINGER, party of the second part,
whose address is: Post Office Drawer 45, Stuart, Florida 33494.

W I T N E S S E T H:

, The party of the first part, pursuant to the Order
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated
the day of April, 1974, and in consideration of the
premises and the sum of $10.00, and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the
second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever, that
certain real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
more particularly described as follows:
An undivided one-half interest in and to:
That portion of the South 200 feet of Section
22, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, situate
and lying Easterly of the East right-of-way
line of State Road No. 5(U . S. Highway #1) .
SUBJECT TO that c~rtain mortgage from Richard
K. Welshans and Donald E. Welshans to Lucy
Spielman and Esther Ma!nati Rosko, dated
April 18, 1973, and Recorded April 25, 1973,
. in Official Record Book 213 at page 1393 of
the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in the original principal amount of
$48,280.00, which mortgage and the debt secured
thereby party of the second part expressly as-
swnes and agrees to pay.

! TOGETHE with all and singular the tenements, heredi-
~ taments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining
4 to that real property.
~ TO HAVE,AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second ih,s~
part, and to his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first_~art does covenant to and
with the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that
in all things preliminary to and in and about the sale and
this conveyance the orders of the above-named Court and the
laws of the State of Florida have been followed and complied
with in all respects. -
