THIS CAUSE COMING on to be heard upon plaintiff's Motion
to Compel Discovery, originally heard on April 24, 1974, with
certain decisions with respect thereto being reserved, but now being
decided, after being auly advised in the premises it is,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED AS FOLIAWS:

1. The Court makes no ruling as to interrogatories 16,
~ 17, 20, 131 and 140, as the plaintiff has withdrawn portions of

~ his motion directed to these interrogatories.
2. The motion is denied as to interrogatories 5, 31(b),
55(d), 99, 102, 106, 107, 109, 110, 121, 122, 141, 143, 153, and
154 .
3. The Motion is granted as to interrogatories 10, 11,
15, 55 (b) , 93 (a) and 142.
