language of interrogatories 93(b)_and 93(c) and the Motion is
granted as to those interrogatories as modified.
7. With respect b~ interrogatories 31(c), 31(d) and 31(e)
the defendant F.E.C. shall answer same upon representation by
plaintiff's counsel that this information might be needed if _
plaintiff retains an expert.
8. With respect to interrogatory 61, defendant Florida
East Coast Railroad shall have thirty (30) days to answer same.
