TOGETHER with all structures and improvemenis now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and al1 renis, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing a~d to accrue from said premises all of which are included
within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and'a~, fixtures

unpaid, and the totai amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or increase from time
