Toget6er with all and singular the tenementa. hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appettaining, and also all buildings, structures, additions end improvements, now or at any time hereafter
erected thereon, together with and including all of the boilers. machines, heating plant. tighting plant, and all
plumbing apparatus, fixtures, appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets. basins, electric' heating and Gghting
plents. lighting fiztures. power machinery, plant or plants for running and operation of paasenger or other elevator~,
ineluding passenger and other elevators, venetian blinda, refrigerators, ranges, awninge and shutters, now or hereafter
located in the building upon said land, and all other machinery. appliencea and apparatua now or hereafter placed on said
~ premises, either in renewal or replacement of fi~ctures. machinery, appliances and appurtenances originally installed on
said premises, in connection with the completion thereof or in addition thereW which may hereafter be placed upon the
