This Cause came on for hearing on May 30, 1974 on that portion
of the Petition seeking temporary relief, and Counsel for the
parties having announced to the Court that they had agreed upon
a stipulation to be filed in the Cause, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is, therefore,

Wife for her support and maintenance during the pendency of these
proceedings.
