Removal of Tena~t and the Court having heard arg~nta of both partisa and being
otherwise fulty advised, it is upon
CONSIDERATION, ORDERBD and ADJUDGED that the Defendant vacate the premises
located at 601 Avenue B, Apt.#403 , Ft. Pierc~, Florida, on or before
the 14th day of June , 1974. If the Defendant does not vacate said
premises by said date, Plaintiff shall be entitled to a Warrant for Po9session on
the 17 t}~ay of June, 1974, from the Clerk of this Court.
