This cause coming on to be heard before me this day, and it appearing from the swarn Petition
and the Court file herein that service of process was duly and regulazly had upon the Defendant on the
24th day of ~ay , 197 , and the Defendant notwithstanding said summons,
has failed to appear, answer or otherwise plead on the return day 6xed therein, and the Court being fuily
advised in the premises, It is

2. That the Plaintiff recover of and Erom said Defendant possession of the premises described in the -

3. That the Plaintiff do have and recover the sum of Y 22' for costs taxed herein against
