WILLIAM HENRY PRICB, Deceased, Party of the First Part, and
EARI, g. gULLOCK and It~REN A. BUI~LOCK. Yiis wife, Parties of the
Second Part, whose address is 1801 Havana Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida, 33450,
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Party of the First Part, pursuant to power of sale
contained in the Will of the above named decedent dated January
29, 1971, on file in Case No. 74-19 CP in the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and in consideration of the premises
and the sum of $22,500.00 and other good and valuable consider-
ation in hand paid, gra~ts. bargains, sells, liens, remises, re-
leases, conveys and confirms to the Parties of the Second Part,
their heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. I,ucie
County, Florida, described as follows:
T'he West 45 feet of Lot 5 and the East 15 feet of
Lot 6, of the Replat of Block 14 of LAWNWOOD ADDITION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 53,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
TOGETHER WITH all personal property now located in
and about said premises.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging or in any wise appertaining to
said property. -

~ AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with 2~~
the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in

veyance, the laws of the State of Florida have been followed and '
complied with in all respects.
