TEMPORARY ORDER ,
This matter having come before the Court upon the
Wife's motion for temporary relief and the Court having given
full consideration to all of the evidence, the arguments of
counsel and the stipulation of the parties, and being otherwise
advised in the premises, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. COSTODY. Custody of FELICIA O'NEAL, minor child of
the parties, is hereby awarded to MILDRED F. O'NEAL, with reasonable
rights of visitation reserved to the Husband, EDWARD M. O'NEAL.
~ Additionally, the Husband is to vacate the home located at 304
~
Essex Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, by Monday,,_June 3, 1974.

~ 2. SUPPORT. Com~nencing the ~day of .
~
~ 1974, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $1 0 each and
every week for the support of the child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to MILDRED F. O'NEAL. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,

~ keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence ;

~ addresses at all tiunes while this Order is in effect.
~ 3. MARRIAGE COUNSELING. The parties are to make a

~ bonafide effort to reconcile their differences through marriage
counseling, or in the alternative, these proceedings for the dissolu-
~
tion of the parties' marriage shall be stayed for ninety (90) days.
