THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon the Stipulation
filed jointly by the Plaintiffs and the Defendants, INDIAN RIVER

; PIERCE, for the entry of a Judgment, and it appearing to the court

~ that the parties were authorized to enter into such a Stipulation

and consent to the entry of a Judgment based thereon, and the court
being fully advised in the premises;
IT IS,, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Defendant, INDIAN RIVER PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH• INC.,
does have and recovers from the Plaintiffs the sum of $4200 in full
~ payment for the property taken and any resulting damage to contiguous

property.
