This cause came on before this Court without the
intervention of a jury, and the Court having heard testi-
mony of both parties and being otherwise fully advised,
it is thereupon
Ordered and Adjudged that the Defendant, Counter
; Plaintiff, HENRY MATTHEWS REPAIR SEIZVICE, do have and
' recover of and from Plaintiff, Counter Defendant, WILLIAM

~ J. FORBES, the sum of $309.80 damages, together with costs
~ in this behelf expended and herein taxed at $23.50, said
~ Plaintiff, Counter Defendant to have until June 15, 1974 -
to pay Defendant, Counter Plaintiff; after said date, a
storage charge of $2.00 per day shall be added to this
Judgment.
Upon payment of said damages and costs, the Defendant,
Counter Plaintiff, shall return automobile, the subject of
