The Ow ner ~y its esecution of this agreement, aclinowledges that it has furnished the Purchaser a copy
c~f the i)eclaration of Condominium, and the Purchaser, by his execution of the same, acknowledges that he has
t~x:?mineci and has read the same anci is familiar with the contents thereof. including all limitations as tu use
~~i hi. lot, together with the rights and liabilities incurred as a result of his membership in the Association.
The Purchaser conclusively acknowledges that he is not using and does not expect to use the lot as his
pi•ii~cipal residence as referred to in the Consumer Credit Protection Act and in the regulations thereunder.
The Purchaser by the execution of this agreement acknowledges receipt of the delivery and the
opportunity to examine the Florida Public Offering Statement.
(8) The Purchaser warrants and represents that he has read and understands the provisions of this
agreement and that he has familiarized himself with the basic restrictions~ covenants and conditions aRecting the
unit above described and all other units in~ said condominium and further warrants and represents that he will
comply with the same as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium at all times hereafter. The Purchaser
further warrants that the lot is not intended to be used for his principal residence. -
(9) The Pumhaser has the option to void the contract or agreement if he does not receive this property _
report prepared pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Of~'ice of Interstate Land Sales Registration, U. S.
Department of Housing and T3rl,an De~ elopment, in advance of~ or at the time of. his signing the contract or
aRreement. The Purchaser has the right to revoke the contract or agreement within 48 hours after signing the
contract or agreement if he did not receive the property report at least 48 hours before signing the contract or
agreement. This revocation authorits shall not apply in the case of a buyer who (1) has received the property re-
port and inspected the lot to be purchased or leased in advance of signing the contract or agreement, and (2) _
acknowledges by his signature that he has made such inspection and has read and understood such report.
