It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~C 1. The marriage between MORRIS CAPPS and PAULIlJE CAPPS be ' and it is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are ~ f ~ ~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between"them and from the obligations arising therefrom.~ _ f ~ 2.
