DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause cane on for trial May 30, 1974, and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and ~
determines as follows: That this Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and the subjeet matter of this suit; that the relationship
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the
marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~C 1. The marriage between MORRIS CAPPS and PAULIlJE CAPPS be
' and it is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are ~

~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing

plat thereof recorded in Plat Book l, page 200, ,

~ all of the furniture, furnishings and fixtures located in the above

~ 4. That the Wife is hereby granted the right to use her

maiden name of PAULINE SMITH.
