Circuit Judge of the Probate Division oP~the Nineteenth Judicisl
C::rcuit, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, for authority to
sell certain real estate in said County hereinafter
described, everring it is necessary and expedient to sell
the ssme and also each and every jurisdictional fact; and the prayer
in said Petition having appeared to And found by said Judge to be

releases, conveys and confirms unto the said party of the second part
