I~ consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which Ilwe hanre received, I/we and those holding through me/us, gra~t and give to Florida
Powe~ & Light Company and its wcce~ors and assigns an easement for the oonstruction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities lincluding wires, poles, guY~, cat~les, c~~duits, transformer enclowrPS and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to tinne; with the ~ight to reoonstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cabtes of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, t~im and keep clear alt trees„ brush and undergrowth ar other obsVuctions
that might endanger or inierfere with said facilities, on, ovef, upon, under, and across my/ou~ property described
